Barrio has the timeless homey feel of Filipino BBQ while taking it to a healthier and more approachable level for modern diners. All entrées will be fresh off the grill—pork skewers, chicken skewers, grilled fish—served with either garlic rice-quinoa blend or a simply dressed salad and an optional fried egg. Each plate will come with house made papaya relish and an assortment of sauces and condiments. As an appetizer, Barrio will also serve Filipino ceviche called ‘kinilaw’ that is slowly marinated in coconut milk, vinegar, citrus, chili peppers, onions, and spices served with baked taro chips and regular chips.
