Founded by Chef Steve Brown, Swagyu aims to make Wagyu accessible for everyone. They serve two types of burgers, the Swagyu original is a blend of American, Australian, and 1/3rd certified Japanese A5 Wagyu, plus a selection of American Wagyu Cheeseburgers. Swagyu is one of the very few certified in the US to buy and sell True Japanese Hyogo Kobe Beef. We can’t wait for you to try!
