Thank you for joining us at SteelCraft Garden Grove’s Lunar New Year Celebration 2022 on Saturday, January 29th! We kicked off the Year of the Tiger with a 14-vendor Pop-Up Market, traditional Lion Dancing and drumming from Thiên Ân Performing Arts (above), firecrackers, a lantern-making craft and live music with Cruise Control to end the night.

 

The Pop-Up Market

Guests could shop throughout the event from a collection of incredible local businesses! The Pop-Up Market lineup included Bitty Bao, Chonky Wontons, Goldie Island Co., Eleven + Vyn, Terrasage Home, Mad Hatter Innovations, Nikki Dee Essentials, East Los Deals, Senpai Inu, Sweet Mama Co., Xtyle It Fashion, Fierce Pro Shop, Anaheim Ducks and Native Souls.

The Performances

To begin the festivities, Thiên Ân Performing Arts wowed with their traditional Lion Dance followed by an extravagant drumming performance. Kids even had the chance to interact with the Lion Dancers! Cruise Control, a local favorite live band, performed crowd-pleasing covers to bring us home!
