Thank you to all who attended SteelCraft Bellflower’s very first Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024! The Year of the Dragon started off strong with Lion Dancing, Korean Dancing & Drumming, Kids Crafts, Pop-Up Market, Live Music and more! Read on to see what you can look forward in 2025.

 

Entertainment

The Miock Ji Dance Team (above) brought Korean traditions to Bellflower to kickstart the celebration.

 

The multi-part performance featured a series of drumming formations that brought the energy from the moment they stepped on the stage.

 

Ending with a bang, Tyun Yee Tong Lion Dance Group (above) had the crowd on the edge of their seats. Kids were able to interact with the performers as they made their way between tables.

 

Barrio’s Grand Opening

New vendor, Barrio, served up some delicious Korean-Filipino Fusion BBQ for their Grand Opening in Bellflower.

 

The Celebration Continues
