Thank you for joining us at SteelCraft Garden Grove’s Lunar New Year Celebration 2023 on Saturday, January 21st! We kicked off the Year of the Rabbit with a 30+ vendor Pop-Up Market, traditional Lion Dancing and drumming from Thiên Ân Performing Arts (above), firecrackers, magicians, Muay Thai, Samurai Sword Fighting, live music, a photo booth and more!

 

The Entertainment

Thiên Ân Performing Arts wowed as always with their interactive lion dancing, venturing into the crowd for kids to get up close and personal!

 

Garden Grove Muay Thai had matchups of all ages sparring to show off their boxing techniques!

 

Amongst many other great acts, the Animotics dance group busted out their robotic moves at the end of the night.

 

The Makers Market

Guests could shop throughout the event from a collection of incredible local businesses! The Pop-Up Market lineup included several AAPI shops with a variety of products from stickers to handmade jewelry.

 

The Pet Costumes

Who can forget about our furry friends? Dogs came dressed to the nines to win the Pet Costume Contest! The winner (pictured) was seen wearing a lion dance outfit to take home the first place prize. Huge thank you to Hiroline for partnering with us at SteelCraft Garden Grove and to all of our guests who were able to come experience the fun with us. Looking forward to another epic celebration for Lunar New Year 2024!
