Chess Tournament

Open to players of all ages, who would like to play chess recreationally or competitively, this event is a great way to start playing over the board in a casual atmosphere.

Players will be allocated to a group (depending on the total registrants and levels), and they will play assigned opponents in their group. 

Sign in by 11:30 am and games starts 12:00 pm.

Chess boards and pieces will be available for use. If you would like to bring your own, you’re welcome to bring them. If you have a clock, please bring it.

Trophy awards to Top 3 finishers in the rated section; medals for the non-rated section for those who win more than half of their games.

Entry Fee: $32 Humanitix fee ($45 onsite)
